Pre-Order Items

Some products may be available to purchase on a pre-order basis. Where applicable, an estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be dispatched once all items are available for shipment.

Delivery Delays

Whilst we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timescales, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, severe weather, and peak seasonal periods.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

During busy periods, including sales events, new collection launches, Black Friday, Christmas, and public holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

We appreciate your patience during these periods and will do our best to keep customers informed of any significant delays.


Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.
